I am a highly experienced singing teacher/vocal coach with a passion for assisting singers
of all ages and experience levels to break down the barriers to achieving their optimum
sound and performing with confidence.
Every voice is unique, and vocal training is essential to optimise each singer’s pitch range, dynamic range, stamina and tonal colour. I enable my students to unlock their potential using a range of individually-tailored techniques and drills which are validated both by contemporary voice science and by the pedagogical traditions of the Old Italian School.
As the vocal mechanism is within the body, the process of singing may seem shrouded in mystique, with many singers believing that “good singers are born and not made”. I have made it my mission to bust this myth and instill all my students with confidence in their own potential to develop and make the most of their unique voices, making singing an easier and more enjoyable experience.
